This therapeutic MFR workshop is designed to gently relieve back pain by releasing tension in the fascia, the connective tissue that supports your muscles and joints. Kim will guide you using slow, mindful movements and simple props such as balls or blocks to target common areas of tightness in the lower back, hips, and spine.
This practice helps improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support long-term spinal health. All levels are welcome, and modifications will be offered to meet your body where it is.
