Join us for a heart-centered celebration of movement, community, and giving! This holiday season we’re partnering with Beautiful Soles, a local non-profit supporting over 800 children and teens in need this Christmas.

We’ll begin with a grounding Hatha yoga class, inviting warmth and connection on the mat, followed by a festive holiday party at Nun Chucks!
