Leah Barnett is a 500-hour RYT+ Certified Yoga Tune Up Instructor 

Leah teaches to the present energy of the students in class, which changes from day to day, season to season- and makes each class a little bit different/unique. Her primary teaching focus is to create safe & inclusive space for students to become inquisitive about themselves (mind/body/spirit) & seek to find balance where it's needed. This is offered through creatively structured practices of prananyama (breathwork), meditation, and asana (postures).

Leah does not believe in/subscribe to one single "style" of yoga or physical practice, other than the one that serves the highest good in the moment.

Leah also offers regular workshops to address the "issues in the tissues" utilizing  fascial massage techniques with therapy balls, guiding students towards building deeper body awareness and encouraging at-home self care practices to streamline their well-being.

Leah is an Earth- advocate and passionate environmentalist, animal lover and lifter of humans, always seeking to be immersed in sunshine and nature whenever possible.
