Janel’s meditation practice began while taking her first yoga class in 2012. It was during shavasana that she vividly remembers feeling her hands clearly with a new and altered kind of awareness. This directed her to a formal meditation practice. She has studied with the Tibetan Bon, Nyingma, and Kagyu traditions. Janel has completed intermediate disciplines from the Nitartha Institute for higher Buddhist studies. She continues to grow daily in her lifelong practice with intention and curiosity. In this mediation series she will introduce tools to assist others with reducing barriers which limit one's full potential and to increase awareness to help guide you in search for a better self and better world.
