Emily Peterson Bio

Emily found yoga 14 years ago seeking refuge from a busy life and an often busy mind. She found freedom in the space it gave her to explore her body and connect with her breath. Everyone around her benefited from the clarity it brought, and she realized she wanted to teach this peace. With a 500 hr certification and many hours teaching both children and adults she too is dedicated to being a student of yoga for life.

Emily most appreciates a heart centered practice that not only nourishes her body, but also her mind. 

Her heart sings loudest when sharing moments with family and friends, when humbled by the magic found in nature and traveling near and far.
