Cori discovered yoga during a challenging period in her life, turning to the practice for both physical relief and mental clarity. Through consistent dedication, she found a renewed sense of self and well-being. This personal transformation inspired her to share the practice with others, emphasizing that yoga is far more than just physical exercise—it’s a powerful tool for healing, balance, and self-discovery.

Since beginning her teaching journey in January 2021, Cori has been committed to creating a welcoming and supportive space for students of all levels. In June 2024, she completed her 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training, further deepening her knowledge and expanding her ability to guide others. Her goal is to help each student find their own path to relief, strength, and joy through yoga.
