Ashkan has been practicing yoga since 1998 and he has been teaching since 2018. He guides yin, gentle and restorative yoga classes. In his personal practice, Ashkan resonates most with Ashtanga yoga in the Myosore tradition. He believes that cultivating a yoga practice will take you down many roads and landscapes offering you new perspectives. He recently earned his Masters in Psychology studying the benefits of yoga on the mind and body. What Ashkan enjoys most about yoga is the time and space yoga opens to reflect, to be curious and to play; all on a magic carpet. Ashkan is a Taurus and his favorite food is ice cream.
