Myofascial Release (MFR) is a practice that helps release tension and adhesions in the fascia (connective tissues) and muscle due to trauma, posture, habit, healing processes, or inflammation. 

Myofascial Release is a ancient homeopathic practice that is safe and highly recommended for everyone. This technique involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the body's restrictions to reduce or even eliminate pain, restore motion, increase flexibility, realign chakras, and improve posture.

NO experience with MFR or yoga is necessary and this practice is safe for all. Supplies will be provided for you.

April 21st - Week one will focus on upper body, if you have a specific need/request, these will be addressed. 

April 28th - Week two will focus on lower body, if you have a specific need/request, these will be addressed. 

Bring water, mat, block, MFR release balls, and bolster (if you do not have these available, no worries, we have everything you need in the studio)
