Restorative

Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, utilizing props such as bolsters, blocks and straps.

MFR

Using the myofascial release balls and other props, you will focus on the areas of your body where tension is commonly held. Myofascial release also has a calming effect on the central nervous system so you can expect to leave feeling relaxed, calm and centred.
