Lyn is curious about the form (bodies) and formless (breathe, energy, and mind states) and focuses on establishing a space to honor both. Introduced to yoga at a young age, Lyn's relationship with yoga has evolved to a point where teaching has become a continuation of her own practice.

Among completion of her 200 RYT with Trilogy Sanctuary in San Diego, Lyn has also completed a 200 RYT with Take Care Studio in Belltown, WA. She has also completed training with Yoga Behind Bars and Prison Yoga Project to explore the ways healing-centered approaches rooted in yoga can be used to address complex conditions of the human experience. She pulls inspiration for her classes from our body's intrinsic ability to heal and the interconnectedness of all things.

She believes, in community, we will explore the ways in which this borrowed practice can enrich our care of the world, ourselves, and each other.
