My own yoga journey began almost 10 years ago where quickly I realized that yoga was more than physical practice. It offers a lens through which we view life, lessons that resonate beyond the mat, and a practice that shapes how we navigate our daily existence. Becoming a yoga teacher was a natural extension of this empowering realization—to provide others with the same transformative experience that yoga has given me.

As a teacher I am committed to demonstration, providing clear instruction and providing modifications for all body types. In my classes you can expect strength building, and dynamic movements, as well as time for restoration and relaxation. Don’t be surprised when I hit you with a healthy amount of core work, too! Yoga is a space to build strength and ground down into all that we are capable of.

My teaching style is grounded in Baptiste Power Vinyasa to create empowering classes that challenge the body, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit.
